The variety “Special for frozen Products” has a high stability and thus, it recovers rapidly its natural temperature and doesn’t splash as much as other oils. The variety “Special for Confectionary” has been made to obtain succulent, soft and fluffy dough. The variety “Special for Frying” lasts more than double than other oils and finally, the “Traditional” sunflower oil keeps its regular polyvalence in your kitchen.
Sunflower oil provides the organism oleic acid, which is a type of monounsaturated fat, good for blood vessels and the heart, as it increases the production of the so called “good cholesterol” (HDL-c)
